Basic wrestling skills and games to master body control while having fun!

1st-4th grade Beginner (Boys and Girls)

Dec 3rd- Feb 11th 6:00-7:30pm Mon/Wed 

@ Washington Educational Services Building

Entry level wrestling class will introduce basic skills, techniques , games and drills to prepare for advanced wrestling. 

1st - 4th grade Advanced  (Boys and Girls)

Dec 3rd- April 1st 6:00-7:30pm Mon/Wed 

@ Washington Educational Services Building

Wrestler has already mastered beginner level.  Introduction to advanced wrestling skills, positioning, and technique.  This group has the opportunity to participate on the Brainerd Youth Travel Team.

For all groups

• If there is no school there is no practice. 

• Wrestling Room is located in the Brainerd High School for kindergarten practice

• 1st-4th practice at Washington Education Services Building enter through the south door. (804 Oak St.)
